- Every completed event triggers a personalised review request draft within 24 hours
- No review opportunity is missed because of manual follow-up falling through the cracks
- You stay in full control by approving every message before it reaches the client

Questions, answered
Will it send the review request to clients without my approval?
No. Every thank-you and review request is saved as a Gmail draft. Nothing is sent to a client until you review it and click Send yourself.
Which review platform does it link to in the email?
You set your preferred review link, such as your Google Business Profile or Yelp page, during setup. WebRun inserts that link into every draft.
What if an event did not go well and we do not want to request a review?
Because every draft requires your approval before sending, you simply delete any draft where a review request is not appropriate. Nothing goes out automatically.
Put this on autopilot.
Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
