Questions, answered
What if a document matches two different matters?
WebRun flags it as ambiguous and leaves it in the intake folder with a note in Slack, rather than moving it to the wrong place. A human makes the call.
Does it open or read the content of documents?
It reads only the file name to identify the matter. It does not open, parse, or store the contents of any document.
Can I set up a different folder structure than what we have now?
Yes. You configure the folder naming convention and hierarchy when you set up the workflow, and WebRun follows that structure for every file it moves.
Put this on autopilot.
Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
