In short

How can I automatically request reviews from car wash customers?

WebRun pulls recent visitors from Washify every morning, drafts personalized Google Business review requests for each eligible customer, and queues every draft for team approval before sending. It also monitors Google Business overnight for new reviews and posts a daily summary to Slack, flagging any low-rated reviews for a fast management response.

  • Review requests are drafted for every eligible visitor daily, with no manual work
  • No review request ever goes to a customer without a human approval
  • Negative reviews are flagged in Slack within hours of posting for fast response

Built for car wash operators · location managers · multi-site owners

Questions, answered

Will it send review requests to customers without my approval?

No. Every review request is drafted and queued in Slack for team approval before anything is sent to a customer. WebRun never contacts a customer directly on its own.

How does it avoid spamming customers who already got a request?

WebRun tracks which customers received a request in the past 90 days and excludes them automatically on each run, so no one gets the same ask twice in a short period.

What happens when a negative review comes in?

Reviews rated 3 stars or below are flagged in the Slack summary so management can respond promptly. WebRun surfaces the rating and the review text so you have everything you need to reply.
