Questions, answered

Will it run payroll or issue payments to drivers automatically?

No. WebRun produces the mileage report only. All pay calculations, approvals, and payment processing remain with your payroll team or payroll system.

What if Motive mileage differs from the driver's paper log?

The sheet shows GPS-verified Motive mileage. Discrepancies against paper logs are flagged for payroll team review before settlement is processed.

Can it separate mileage by load or by trailer for split-pay purposes?

It reports mileage at the driver level for the week. Trip-level breakdowns are available in Motive's Trip History for any driver your payroll team needs to investigate further.
