Automated Carousell Stale Listing Reviews
Every Monday, WebRun signs into Carousell, goes through your active listings recording views, likes, chats and offers against how long each has been up, posts a ranked table of the quiet ones to Microsoft Teams, and sends you a short Telegram shortlist of what to reprice, rewrite or take down.
How do I find which of my Carousell listings have gone quiet?
WebRun reviews your Carousell catalogue every Monday. It ranks active listings by age against their views, likes, chats and offers, works out which are priced wrong and which are poorly titled, posts the ranked table to Microsoft Teams, and sends you a Telegram shortlist of what to reprice, rewrite or remove.
- Listings going nowhere get repriced or rewritten instead of sitting
- You can see whether a listing is priced wrong or simply badly titled
- The catalogue is reviewed weekly rather than whenever you remember

1
Carousell - rank listings by age and interest
WebRun opens Carousell to rank listings by age and interest. - Sign into Carousell and open your active listings
- For each listing record the days since it was posted or last bumped, the view count, the likes, the chats started and any offers received
- Work out the interest per week each listing is getting so an old listing with steady views is not confused with a dead one
- Mark listings with views but no chats, since those usually point at the price rather than the photos
- Mark listings with almost no views at all, since those usually point at the title, the category or the photos
Done when Every active listing has its age, view, like, chat and offer counts and a reason it is quiet.

2
Microsoft Teams - post the full quiet listing table
WebRun opens Microsoft Teams to post the full quiet listing table. - Post a ranked table of the quiet listings to your selling channel
- Order by age with the interest counts beside each, oldest and quietest at the top
- Group them by the likely reason: priced too high, poorly titled, or wrong category
- Keep the format identical each week so the table reads as a trend
Done when The selling channel has this week's ranked table of quiet listings.
-
3
Telegram - send the action shortlist
WebRun opens Telegram to send the action shortlist. - Send yourself a short shortlist of the listings worth acting on this week
- Suggest reprice, rewrite or take down for each, with the counts that led to the suggestion
- Leave every change for you to make by hand. WebRun never edits a price, a title or a listing
- Note how many listings improved since last week so the effort is visible
Done when You have this week's action shortlist in Telegram with a suggestion per listing.
How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in

Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it change prices, edit listings or delete them?
No. WebRun only reads your listings and their interest counts, then suggests what to do. Repricing, rewriting, bumping and taking a listing down all stay manual, so nothing on your storefront changes without you doing it.
Does it reply to buyers or chats?
No. WebRun never opens a chat, sends a message or responds to an offer on Carousell. The output goes only to your internal Teams channel and your own Telegram, so buyers never receive anything from an automation.
How does it tell a dead listing from an old one that still sells?
It measures interest per week rather than totals, so a listing up for months with steady views and chats is left alone, while one with a high total view count that has gone quiet recently is surfaced for action.
