Automated Canary Mail Follow-Up Sweeps

Every afternoon, WebRun opens Canary Mail, finds messages sent to you more than two days ago that you have not replied to, judges which ones genuinely expect an answer, logs each in an Airtable follow-up base with the sender and the age, and posts your personal Microsoft Teams channel a short list of who is still waiting on you.

In short

How do I find emails I forgot to reply to?

WebRun sweeps your Canary Mail inbox every afternoon for messages sent more than two days ago that you never replied to, skipping newsletters and no-reply senders. It logs each thread in Airtable with the sender and age, then posts your reply-owed list to Microsoft Teams, oldest first.

  • Emails you meant to answer surface within two days, not two weeks
  • Newsletters and no-reply senders never clutter the list
  • A weekly count shows how much of the backlog you actually cleared

Built for founders · consultants · account managers · busy professionals

Questions, answered

Does it reply to anyone for me?

No. WebRun only finds and lists the threads waiting on you. It never writes, sends, archives, or deletes an email, so every reply is still written by you in your own words.

How does it avoid flagging newsletters?

It skips no-reply senders, bulk mailing lists, and automated notifications, and it only lists threads where a real person wrote to you and the last message is not yours.

Is my email content stored anywhere?

Only the sender, subject line, and age go into your own Airtable base. WebRun does not copy message bodies or attachments anywhere outside your mailbox.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
