In short

How can I automatically track my campaign UTM links in a live Google Sheet?

Every morning, WebRun opens Google Analytics, pulls the previous day's sessions, clicks, and goal completions for each UTM source and campaign, appends the rows to your tracking sheet, and sends a Slack summary of the top and bottom performers - so you always know which campaigns are working.

  • A live Google Sheet tracks every UTM campaign's daily performance automatically
  • Top and bottom performers are surfaced in Slack each morning
  • Manual data exports from Google Analytics are eliminated entirely

Questions, answered

Does it create or change any campaigns?

No - it is purely a read and log workflow. It never creates, edits, or pauses campaigns or UTM links.

Can it track multiple websites?

Yes. Add each Google Analytics property to the plan and WebRun will pull and tag data from all of them into the same sheet.

What if a campaign had no traffic yesterday?

It will still log a row with zero values so the sheet stays consistent and you can spot inactive campaigns easily.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
