In short

How do I track multi currency invoices across Bukku and Xero?

Every Friday, WebRun opens Bukku, totals outstanding invoices by currency, and adds foreign currency invoices raised through Xero for overseas customers. It converts every total to Ringgit at the week's rate and logs one combined multi currency exposure summary to a Google Sheet, so you see everything you're owed across both systems and every currency in one place.

  • Every currency you're owed in is totaled and converted weekly
  • Invoices split across Bukku and Xero are combined into one view
  • Currency exposure trends are logged so shifts show up early

Questions, answered

Does it convert currency inside Bukku or Xero?

No. WebRun only reads the outstanding totals from each system in their original currency and does the Ringgit conversion itself in the summary sheet. Nothing is changed inside Bukku or Xero.

Which exchange rate does it use?

The week's rate at the time the summary runs, applied consistently across every foreign currency total so the combined figure is a fair comparison.

Why check Xero as well as Bukku?

Some overseas customers are invoiced through Xero rather than Bukku. Checking both gives you one true picture of everything you're owed, in every currency.

Put this on autopilot.
