Automated Built In Job Post Monitoring
Every Monday, WebRun opens your Built In employer account, reads every live job post with its expiry date, views, and applicant count, then posts recruiting a Slack list of roles about to expire or attracting nobody, and mirrors the same summary to your Microsoft Teams hiring channel.
How do I know which of my job posts are expiring or not working?
WebRun reviews your live Built In job posts every Monday, reading each one's expiry date, views, and applicant count. It posts recruiting a Slack list of roles expiring soon or attracting nobody and mirrors it to Microsoft Teams, so weak posts get refreshed before the role goes cold.
- Expiring posts get refreshed before they drop off the board
- Roles with no applicants are caught in week three, not month three
- Hiring managers see their own department's posts every Monday

How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it edit or repost my job listings?
No. WebRun reads your Built In posts and reports on them. Editing a description, reposting, extending, or closing a role is done by a recruiter, so nothing public changes without a person deciding.
Does it contact applicants?
No. It never messages a candidate or an applicant. The only things it writes are internal posts in your own Slack and Microsoft Teams channels.
What counts as underperforming?
You set the threshold, for example fewer than five applicants after three weeks live. WebRun compares the live applicant count in Built In against that number every Monday and flags only the roles that fall short.
Put this on autopilot.
