Automated BOL Mail Receipt Reconciliation

Every morning, WebRun opens BOL Mail, finds new payment and purchase receipts, matches each one against the running Airtable expense base, adds a record for anything missing, and logs a short reconciliation note to Notion so nothing goes untracked.

In short

How do I reconcile BOL Mail receipts against my expense tracker?

WebRun checks BOL Mail every morning for new payment and purchase receipts, matching each one against your Airtable expense base. It adds a record for anything missing and posts a short reconciliation note to Notion, so no receipt goes untracked between your inbox and your books.

  • Payment receipts get matched against the expense base every morning
  • Missing entries are added automatically instead of going unrecorded
  • A daily reconciliation note flags anything inconsistent

Questions, answered

Does it pay or confirm anything on its own?

No. WebRun only reads receipt emails and compares them against your Airtable base. It never sends a payment, confirms a transaction, or replies to anyone.

What counts as a matching record?

It compares the amount, date, and vendor in the receipt email against existing Airtable records, so a close match is treated as already tracked.

What happens when a receipt has no match?

It gets added to Airtable as a new record and flagged in the Notion note, so you can review it rather than it going unrecorded.

Put this on autopilot.
