Automated BOL Mail Attachment Archiving

Every night, WebRun signs in to BOL Mail, works through the messages that arrived that day, picks out the ones carrying attachments, files each document into a dated folder in Google Drive with an index row for sender, date, and subject, and posts the night's list to Slack.

In short

How do I automatically save email attachments into dated folders?

WebRun archives your email attachments every night. It signs in to BOL Mail, finds the day's messages carrying documents, files each one into a dated Google Drive folder with an index of sender, subject, and date, then posts the night's filing summary to Slack so the team knows what landed.

  • Contracts and statements are found in a dated folder, not an inbox
  • Every filed document carries its sender, subject, and date in the index
  • Nothing in the mailbox is deleted, moved, or replied to

Built for small business owners · bookkeepers · office administrators · operations teams

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens email.bol.uol.com.br in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

  2. 1

    • Capture the sender, the subject, the date received, and the file name of each attachment
    • Skip messages already filed on an earlier night, and skip signature images and inline logos
    • Never delete a message or empty a folder. WebRun only reads the mailbox

    • Keep files moving only between your mailbox and this folder. WebRun uploads nothing to any other site

Done when Every attachment sits in a dated Drive folder with an index row.

  4. 3
Slack - post what was filed
    slack.com
WebRun in Slack: post what was filed

    • Name anything that looks important, such as a contract or a statement
    • Link the dated Drive folder so anyone can open it straight away

Done when The team knows what was filed tonight and where to find it.

Questions, answered

Will it delete or send any email?

No. WebRun reads the mailbox and files copies of the attachments. It never deletes a message, empties a folder, replies, or forwards anything, so your BOL Mail account is left exactly as you had it.

Where do the files end up?

In a dated folder inside your own Google Drive archive, each named with the date, the sender, and the original file name, with an index row recording the subject the file arrived under.

Does it upload my documents anywhere else?

No. Files move only between your mailbox and your own Google Drive folder, and both are on the allowlist. Uploading a file to any other site is blocked outright by the run policy.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
