Automated Nuvolo Work Order Follow-Up Drafts
Every night, WebRun checks Nuvolo for every work order marked complete that day, drafts a short follow-up note to the requesting department summarizing what was done and leaves it for the technician to review and send, and logs a follow-up task in Asana so a technician confirms the repair held before the ticket is considered fully closed.
How do I make sure completed work orders get a follow-up instead of a silent close?
Every night, WebRun checks Nuvolo for work orders marked complete that day and drafts a follow-up note to the requesting department summarizing what was done, leaving it unsent for the technician's review. It also logs a follow-up task in Asana due in 3 business days, so confirmation that a medical device repair actually held never gets missed.
- Every completed repair gets a tracked 3-day confirmation instead of trusting it held
- Follow-up notes are reviewed by a technician before a clinical department ever sees them
- Asana tasks close themselves when no new issue is logged, no manual bookkeeping
Built for biomedical engineering technicians · clinical engineering departments · HTM quality assurance teams · hospital equipment requesting departments

Questions, answered
Does it email the clinical department automatically?
No. It only drafts the follow-up note and leaves it unsent in the technician's Outlook. Because the note describes a medical device's repair status, a technician always reviews and sends it. It's never sent automatically.
What counts as confirmation the repair held?
The Asana task closes automatically if no new work order is opened against the same asset within 3 business days. If a new issue is logged, the task stays open for the technician to investigate.
Does this replace the technician's own documentation in Nuvolo?
No. It reads the resolution notes the technician already logged in Nuvolo and builds the follow-up and task from them. It doesn't change or add to the official work order record.
