Automated Bigpond Email Follow-Up Chase
Every Monday, WebRun opens your Bigpond mailbox, compares sent messages against the replies that came back, finds anything still unanswered past your waiting period, drafts a short polite follow-up in your Drafts folder without sending it, creates a Trello card per outstanding thread, and keeps a running follow-up register in Notion.
How do I follow up on emails that never got a reply?
WebRun scans your Bigpond sent mail every Monday, matches each message against the replies that came back, and finds the threads still unanswered past your waiting period. It writes a polite follow-up into Drafts unsent, cards each thread in Trello, and keeps a running register in Notion.
- No quote or question is left hanging unanswered
- The follow-up is already written when you decide to chase
- You can see how long the longest thread has waited

1
Bigpond - find mail with no reply
WebRun opens Bigpond to find mail with no reply. - Sign in to your Bigpond mailbox and open the sent folder
- List messages sent more than your waiting period ago, for example five days
- Check each thread for an incoming reply and keep only the ones still unanswered
- Draft a short, polite follow-up on each unanswered thread and leave it in Drafts, unsent
Done when Every unanswered thread is listed and has a follow-up sitting in Drafts.
-
2
Trello - card each follow-up
WebRun opens Trello to card each follow-up. - Create a Trello card for each unanswered thread on your follow-up board
- Title it with the recipient and the subject line
- Add how many days it has waited and a one-line reminder of what you asked for
- Move the oldest to the top and skip threads already carded and still open
Done when Every unanswered thread has one Trello card, oldest first.
-
3
Notion - keep the follow-up register
WebRun opens Notion to keep the follow-up register. - Append this week's outstanding threads to your follow-up register in Notion
- Record the recipient, the subject, the date sent, and how many chases have gone out
- Mark rows resolved once a reply lands so the register reflects reality
- Show the totals: how many are waiting and how long the longest has waited
Done when The Notion register matches what is still unanswered today.
How is each run configured?

Questions, answered
Will it send follow-up emails without me?
No. Every follow-up is written into your Drafts folder and left unsent. You read it, edit it if you want, and press send yourself, so no recipient ever gets a message you have not seen.
Will it delete or archive anything in my mailbox?
No. WebRun only reads your sent folder and the replies against it, then writes drafts. It never deletes, archives, or moves an email, so your mailbox stays exactly as you keep it.
How long does it wait before chasing?
You set the waiting period, commonly three to seven days. WebRun measures from the date you sent the message and only lists threads still unanswered past that point.
