Automated Bed Bath & Beyond Return Alerts
Every morning, WebRun signs into your Bed Bath & Beyond account, reads recent orders and their status, notes the delivery date and tracking on each shipment, counts the days left in the return window for every item, keeps a Trello card per order, and texts you through Twilio when a deadline is close.
How do I keep track of return deadlines on my online orders?
Every morning, WebRun opens your Bed Bath & Beyond account, reads recent orders with their delivery dates, and counts the days left in each item's return window. It keeps a Trello card per order and texts you through Twilio when a deadline is close, so nothing unwanted is kept by accident.
- Unwanted items go back before the window closes
- Every open order carries a due date you can see on one board
- A text arrives while there is still time to act, not after
Built for office managers · property managers · small retailers · households with frequent deliveries

Questions, answered
Will it text anyone other than me?
No. Twilio sends only to the number you verify at setup, which is your own. Any message addressed to another person is queued for you to approve before it goes, so no customer or supplier is texted automatically.
Will it start a return or request a refund?
No. WebRun only reads your order history and reports the deadline. Starting a return, printing a label, or requesting a refund stays with you, so nothing is filed on your behalf.
How does it know the return deadline?
It counts forward from the delivery date on your order using the return window shown for that order. If an item has a different window, you can set it per order and the countdown follows it.
