In short

How do I automatically get alerted when barbershop retail products need reordering?

WebRun checks your Squire retail stock levels every Monday, compares them against the minimum thresholds in your Google Sheet, and compiles a draft purchase order for any low-stock item. The PO is posted to Slack for your review before any order is placed, so shelves stay full without last-minute supplier calls.

  • Low-stock products are flagged every Monday before the shelves run dry
  • No order is placed without your explicit approval
  • One Google Sheet maintains all your reorder thresholds in one place

Questions, answered

Will it place an order with the supplier automatically?

No. WebRun drafts the purchase order and posts it to Slack for your review. No order is placed or sent until you approve and action it yourself.

Where do I set the reorder thresholds for each product?

You maintain a simple Google Sheet with each product name and its minimum stock level. WebRun reads that sheet each Monday and compares it against your live Squire inventory.

What if Squire does not track my retail stock?

You can maintain your stock counts in the same Google Sheet and WebRun will use that as the source of truth instead of Squire. Just set up the column for current quantity.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
