Automated Barbershop Lapsed Client Winback
Every Monday, WebRun opens Booksy, finds clients whose last visit was more than 60 days ago with no future appointment, drafts a warm winback SMS with a personalised offer for each, queues the messages in Twilio for your review, and posts the full list in Slack before anything is sent.
How do I automatically win back lapsed barbershop clients?
WebRun checks Booksy every Monday for clients who have not visited in over 60 days and have no upcoming appointment. It drafts a personalised winback SMS for each one via Twilio, queues the messages in Slack for your approval, and sends nothing until you sign off, bringing back lost revenue without manual outreach.
- Clients who drifted away are reached before they forget the shop entirely
- Personalised messages referencing their usual service outperform generic blasts
- Every message is reviewed by you before it is sent
Built for barbershops · barbers · grooming studios · men's salons

Questions, answered
Will it text lapsed clients without my sign-off?
No. All winback messages are drafted and queued in Slack for your review first. You decide what goes out and can edit or skip any message before releasing the batch.
How is the 60-day threshold set?
The default is 60 days with no visit and no future booking in Booksy. You can ask WebRun to use a different window, such as 45 or 90 days, to match your typical cut cycle.
What if the lapsed client visits mid-week before the message is sent?
It checks live Booksy data each Monday morning, so anyone who booked or visited after the last check is excluded from that week's queue automatically.
