Automated Balloon Review Request Drafts
Every evening, WebRun opens TripWorks, finds the passengers who flew and landed that day, and drafts a warm thank-you email in Gmail for each of them with your review link and the flight-photo gallery link, personalised by flight, and queues every draft for your review before it sends.
How do I automatically draft review and photo requests after a balloon landing?
Each evening, WebRun finds the balloon passengers who flew and landed that day in TripWorks and drafts a warm thank-you email in Gmail for each one, with your review link and their flight-photo gallery link. Every draft is queued for your review, so a personal note goes to real fliers only after you approve and send it.
- Happy fliers get a review ask the same evening while the flight is fresh
- Only passengers who actually flew are asked, protecting your review quality
- Every thank-you note is reviewed before it reaches a guest

Questions, answered
Will it email passengers a review request without me?
No. Every thank-you and review request is saved as a Gmail draft and waits for your review. You can edit the note or skip a guest before anything is sent.
Does it only email people who actually flew?
Yes. It reads live flight status in TripWorks and includes only passengers whose flight flew and landed that day. Scrubbed or no-fly bookings are excluded, so no one who did not fly gets asked to review.
Can it include the flight photos?
Yes. If a photo gallery link is on file for that flight in TripWorks, the draft includes it so guests can view and download their images alongside the review ask. Without a gallery on file, the draft simply omits that link.
