In short

How do I automatically send court date reminders to defendants and indemnitors?

WebRun opens Captira every morning, pulls all court dates in the next three days, and drafts a reminder SMS for each defendant and their indemnitor. Every message is held for agent review before sending, and a daily Slack digest gives the whole team a clear view of upcoming hearings and high-risk defendants.

  • Every defendant with a hearing in the next three days gets a timely, personalized reminder draft
  • Indemnitors are notified of upcoming hearings so they can support defendant attendance
  • The whole agency team sees a daily court date digest in Slack with zero manual effort

Questions, answered

Will it send texts to defendants or indemnitors without my approval?

No. Every reminder SMS is drafted and held in a queue for your agent to review and approve. WebRun never sends a message to a defendant or indemnitor without explicit human sign-off.

What information does the reminder include?

Each draft includes the defendant's name, court date, hearing time, and courthouse address. Give WebRun a template and it will match your agency's tone and add any case-specific details.

What if a court date is rescheduled or the case is dismissed?

WebRun reads live data from Captira each morning, so it only drafts reminders for active court dates. Any hearing that has been updated or dismissed in Captira will not generate a reminder on the next run.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
