No. WebRun drafts each reorder email in Gmail and alerts the team in Slack, but nothing goes to a supplier without an operations manager reviewing and sending the draft. Your team controls every purchase order.
How does it know what the reorder threshold is for each item?
Thresholds are set in the Google Sheet alongside each item's current stock level. Update the threshold column for any item to change when WebRun flags it, giving you full control over reorder points per product.
Can it handle multiple suppliers for different items?
Yes. Each row in the Google Sheet can specify a preferred supplier, and WebRun groups the reorder drafts by supplier so you can send one consolidated email per vendor rather than a separate email per item.
