In short

How do I automatically follow up on pending insurance supplements?

WebRun scans CCC ONE every morning for supplements that have been waiting on carrier approval beyond your threshold. It drafts a polite follow-up email to each adjuster in Gmail and posts the full chase list to Slack. Your team reviews the drafts and sends, cutting approval wait times without phone tag.

  • No supplement sits past your follow-up threshold without an action being queued
  • Adjuster emails are drafted and ready to send in minutes, not hours
  • The team sees every pending supplement ranked by days waiting each morning

Questions, answered

Will it send the follow-up emails to adjusters automatically?

No. WebRun drafts the emails in Gmail and leaves them unsent. Your team reviews each draft in Gmail before sending, so no email reaches a carrier without a human approving the message first.

How does it decide which supplements need a follow-up?

It flags supplements that have been in pending-approval status in CCC ONE beyond the threshold you configure at setup, typically two business days. Newer supplements are skipped until they cross that threshold.

What if the same adjuster has multiple pending supplements?

WebRun drafts a separate email for each supplement so each one is traceable by RO number. If you prefer a single combined email per adjuster, let your team know and they can merge the drafts before sending.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
