Questions, answered

Will it text customers without anyone approving the message first?

No. Every status text is drafted and held. WebRun posts the draft to your Slack channel for your team to review and approve. Nothing is sent to a customer until a human gives the go-ahead.

What repair stages trigger a draft update?

WebRun picks up any stage change recorded in CCC ONE, such as teardown, parts ordered, in paint, reassembly, or ready for pickup. You can tell it which stages to monitor during setup.

What if a job moves through two stages in one run?

WebRun drafts one update per stage change detected, so if a job jumped two stages it queues two drafts. Your team can approve both, or consolidate them before sending.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
