Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it send the review request to the customer automatically?
No. WebRun drafts the message and posts it to Slack for your team to review and approve. Nothing is sent to the customer until a human checks and confirms it, so your outreach always has a personal touch.
What if a customer already left a review?
WebRun checks for recent requests and skips customers who were already contacted in a prior run. If you want to exclude customers based on review status, you can set that filter during setup.
Which Google Business profile does it use?
It uses the Google Business review link you connect at setup. If your shop has multiple locations, you can configure a separate link per location so requests always point to the right profile.
