Never — every reply is a Gmail draft. The salesperson opens it, checks the vehicle details, and sends it themselves.

What if the vehicle the customer asked about is sold between runs?

WebRun checks live inventory at the time it runs. If a vehicle sold very recently, the salesperson will see that when reviewing the draft and can update it before sending.

Can it handle inquiries from our website contact form as well as email?

Yes — if your website form sends notifications to Gmail, WebRun will catch those too. It can also be extended to read inquiries from Cars.com or AutoTrader lead inboxes.
