Automated AT&T Mail Sent Follow-Up Chasing
Every morning, WebRun signs in to AT&T Mail, reads your sent folder for messages older than a few days whose thread never came back with a reply, opens a Trello card per waiting email, and posts the list to Slack with the oldest at the top.
How do I track emails I sent that nobody replied to?
WebRun signs in to AT&T Mail each morning and reads your sent folder for messages whose thread never received a reply. It opens a Trello card per waiting email and posts the list to Slack oldest first, with the recipient, subject, and days waiting on each line.
- A quote does not die because the other side forgot
- Every waiting thread carries the days it has been sitting
- No chaser email sends without you writing it

1
AT&T Mail - find sent mail with no reply

- List messages sent more than the number of days you set ago
- Check each thread for a reply from the recipient, including replies filed in other folders
- Keep only the threads still waiting, with the recipient, subject, and date sent

-
2
Trello - card each waiting thread
WebRun opens Trello to card each waiting thread. - Open a card per waiting thread with the recipient, the subject, and the date sent
- Add the days waiting to the card title so age is visible at a glance
- Close the card automatically on the next run once a reply arrives
Done when Every waiting thread has a card and answered ones are closed.
-
3
Slack - post the chase list
WebRun opens Slack to post the chase list. - Post the waiting threads oldest first with the recipient and subject

- Leave the follow up itself to you. WebRun never sends a chaser email on its own
Done when You have this morning's chase list in Slack.
How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it send a follow up email for me?
No. WebRun builds the chase list and stops there. Every follow up is written and sent by you, so nobody receives a nudge you did not choose to send.
What if the reply came into a different folder?
It checks the whole thread rather than the inbox alone, so a reply filed by a rule into another folder still counts as answered and the thread drops off the list.
How old does an email have to be?
As old as you set. A few days is typical, so a message sent this morning is not chased, but a quote sent last week that never came back is on the list.
Put this on autopilot.
Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
