In short

How do I see the real profit margin on each asphalt job?

WebRun shows the true margin on every lot each Monday. It reads material, labor, equipment, and trucking costs for last week's finished jobs in Bitumio, pulls invoiced revenue from QuickBooks, computes dollar margin and margin percent per lot, and writes a scorecard to Google Sheets, so you see which work actually made money.

  • True dollar and percent margin on every finished lot
  • Thin-margin jobs surface at the top for review
  • Uninvoiced finished work is flagged before it slips

Built for asphalt maintenance owners · sealcoating contractors · paving estimators · pavement finance teams

Questions, answered

Is this just an internal report or does it message anyone?

It is purely internal. WebRun writes the margin scorecard to your Google Sheet only. It never emails a customer, changes an invoice, or posts anything public.

How is margin calculated?

WebRun reads actual material, labor, equipment, and trucking costs from Bitumio, pulls invoiced revenue from QuickBooks, and computes dollar margin and margin percent per lot, then compares actual cost to the original bid.

What about jobs that are not invoiced yet?

It flags any finished lot with no matching QuickBooks invoice so you can bill it, rather than reporting a false margin on revenue that has not landed.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
