Automated ASOS Return and Refund Tracking
Every morning, WebRun signs in to ASOS, reads the status of every order with a return in progress, follows the tracking and the refund state, updates each row in Airtable, and posts to Slack any return that has been delivered back but not refunded past the expected window.
How do I track returns until the refund is actually paid?
Every morning, WebRun signs in to ASOS, reads the status of every order with a return in progress, and follows the tracking through to the refund. It updates a returns ledger in Airtable and posts to Slack any return delivered back but still unrefunded past your window, with the amount and the days waiting.
- Refunds that never arrived are named with their amount and age
- The total value still owed is visible every morning
- Nothing is written off that the retailer still owes
Built for ecommerce resellers · buying teams · small retailers · operations managers

Questions, answered
Will it contact ASOS or open a support case?
No. WebRun reads your order and return status and reports it. Opening a case, chasing support, or disputing a payment is always done by a person, with the dates and amounts WebRun collected.
Can it start or cancel a return?
No. It never starts a return, cancels an order, or changes anything on the account. The ledger it keeps is in your own Airtable base, and ASOS itself is only read.
When does a refund count as overdue?
When the return shows delivered back and the refund has not appeared inside the window you set, commonly 14 days. The Slack post shows the exact days elapsed and the amount.
