Automated Argos Collection Ready Alerts
Every hour, WebRun opens your Argos order history, checks whether any reserved order is now ready for store collection, creates a Trello card naming who's assigned to pick it up, and notifies the office in Microsoft Teams so a reserved order doesn't sit waiting at the counter longer than it needs to.
How do I get notified when an Argos reserved order is ready for collection?
WebRun checks your Argos orders every hour for anything that's moved to ready for collection, creates a Trello card naming who's assigned to pick it up, and notifies the office in Microsoft Teams. Reserved orders get collected the same day they're ready, instead of sitting at the counter unnoticed.
- Ready-for-collection orders are flagged within the hour
- Pickup responsibility is assigned automatically instead of assumed
- Nothing sits waiting at the counter past its deadline
Built for office managers · small business operations · facilities teams · retail admin staff

Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it reserve or cancel an order for me?
No. WebRun only tracks orders you've already reserved. It never places, changes, or cancels an Argos order.
What happens if the collection deadline passes?
The card stays on the board flagged as ready, so it's visible until someone actually picks it up, rather than quietly disappearing.
How does it decide who to assign the pickup to?
You set the default assignee or rotation ahead of time. WebRun just fills in the card, it doesn't decide who's available that day.
