No. WebRun only tracks orders you've already reserved. It never places, changes, or cancels an Argos order.
What happens if the collection deadline passes?

How does it decide who to assign the pickup to?
You set the default assignee or rotation ahead of time. WebRun just fills in the card, it doesn't decide who's available that day.
