How do I automatically follow up with customers who missed their appliance repair appointment?
WebRun opens Housecall Pro each morning, finds every appointment marked as a no-show from the previous day, and drafts a polite rescheduling message by email via Gmail and by SMS via Twilio for each customer. Both are queued for your team to approve before sending, so every no-show gets a fast, considered follow-up.
- Every no-show gets a rescheduling outreach the next morning without manual effort
- Repeat no-show customers are flagged so your team can apply a smarter booking policy
- Draft messages mean your team reviews tone before any sensitive follow-up is sent

Questions, answered
Will it contact the customer automatically after a no-show?
No. Every email and SMS is drafted and queued for your team to review. Nothing is sent to the customer until a human approves it, so you control the tone for every sensitive situation.
How does it know an appointment was a no-show and not just rescheduled?
It reads the job status in Housecall Pro at run time. Only appointments marked explicitly as no-show or not completed are included. Rescheduled jobs with a new appointment date are skipped.
Can it flag customers who no-show repeatedly?
Yes. WebRun notes repeat no-shows in its output so your team can see a pattern and decide to apply a different policy, such as requiring a deposit, before rebooking.
