Automated Andela Engagement Tracking
Every Monday, WebRun signs in to Andela, reads every active engagement with its role, start date, and end date, updates the matching row in your Airtable roster, and sends a Telegram list of the engagements finishing in the next 30 days so you can decide to extend or backfill in time.
How do I track when my Andela engagements are due to end?
WebRun opens Andela every Monday, reads each active engagement with its role, team, and end date, and updates your Airtable roster to match. It then sends a Telegram list of the engagements finishing within 30 days, so you extend or backfill before a team loses someone mid project.
- Thirty days of warning before an engagement runs out
- One Airtable roster that matches Andela every Monday
- Closed and new engagements reconciled without manual edits
Built for engineering managers · talent operations · staffing coordinators · startup founders

Questions, answered
Does it extend or end an engagement for me?
No. WebRun reads Andela and writes only to your own Airtable roster and Telegram. Extending, ending, or renegotiating an engagement stays a human decision you make inside Andela.
Will it message engineers or Andela staff?
No. The only message it sends is the internal Telegram summary to your own chat. It never contacts an engineer, a partner manager, or anyone outside your team.
What if an engagement has no end date yet?
It is still tracked in Airtable, just marked as open ended so it never triggers a false renewal warning. Once a date appears in Andela, the next Monday run picks it up and starts the 30 day countdown.
