In short

How do I stay on top of Amazon Vendor Central POs and chargebacks?

Every morning WebRun opens Amazon Vendor Central, reads new purchase orders and their confirmation windows, checks open chargebacks and disputes, and lists items flagged unavailable. It posts the priorities to Slack and sends a Telegram alert when a PO deadline or chargeback needs a decision today.

  • No PO confirmation window closes unnoticed
  • Chargeback disputes are raised inside the deadline
  • The team sees the value at stake before choosing what to work on

What does WebRun do on every run?

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens vendorcentral.amazon.com in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

    • Show the value at stake beside each line so the biggest exposure is obvious
    • Total the week's chargeback value so the trend is visible

  4. 3
Telegram - alert on today's deadlines

    • Stay silent on days when nothing is that urgent
    • Alert your internal team only. Never message Amazon or a buyer

Done when Same day deadlines have been alerted, or nothing was sent because none exist.

Questions, answered

Will it confirm purchase orders or file disputes for me?

No. WebRun reads Vendor Central and reports. Confirming a PO, submitting quantities and filing a chargeback dispute are commercial commitments, so they stay with your team.

Does it message Amazon or our buyer?

No. Everything goes to your internal Slack channel and Telegram group. WebRun never opens a case, replies to Amazon or contacts a buying contact.

How does it decide what is urgent?

By deadline first and value second. Anything whose confirmation window or dispute deadline falls today or tomorrow triggers the Telegram alert, and everything else stays in the Slack list.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
