Automated Alegra Low Stock Alerts
Every morning, WebRun opens Alegra, checks every product's stock level against its reorder point, drafts a reorder email to the right supplier for anything running low in Gmail, leaves it unsent for you to review, and pings your purchasing team on Telegram with what needs ordering.
How do I get alerted before Alegra inventory runs out of stock?
WebRun checks Alegra inventory every morning, comparing each product's stock level to its reorder point. For anything running low, it drafts a reorder email to the usual supplier in Gmail, leaves it unsent for your review, and messages your purchasing team on Telegram with what needs ordering before shelves run empty.
- Purchasing catches low stock before shelves go empty
- A reorder draft is ready the moment stock crosses your threshold
- No more manual stock counts to catch a shortage

Questions, answered
Will it place the order without me?
No. WebRun only drafts the reorder email in Gmail and leaves it unsent, so no order goes to a supplier until your team reviews it and clicks send.
How does it set the reorder point?
It uses the reorder point you have set on each product in Alegra. Give it a threshold or a typical lead time and it will flag anything below that line.
What if a product has no assigned supplier?
It still lists the product as low stock on Telegram, but skips drafting a reorder email until you assign a supplier to it in Alegra.
