Questions, answered

Does it move money between accounts?

No. It only reports the balances and expected activity it finds in Alegra. It never initiates a transfer or a payment on its own.

What counts as an expected inflow or outflow?

Invoices with a due date in the next 7 days count as expected in, and bills due in the same window count as expected out, both read straight from Alegra.

Can it warn me before cash gets tight?

Yes. Set a minimum balance and WebRun flags the message on Telegram whenever the projected position drops below it.
