Does it share individual utilization data with staff directly?
No. The utilization report is posted only to the principals channel in Slack. WebRun never shares individual performance data with staff members unless you configure a separate internal-facing channel for that purpose.
What counts as a billable hour in the calculation?
WebRun uses whatever your BQE Core setup defines as billable, pulling directly from the timesheet data. If your firm tracks non-billable categories separately, those are excluded from the numerator automatically.
Can I set a utilization target to benchmark the report against?
Yes. Tell WebRun your target utilization percentage (for example, 70 percent) and anyone falling below that threshold will be highlighted in the Slack report and in the Google Sheets dashboard.
