Questions, answered
Will it email sub-consultants directly without my review?
No. Every chase email is saved as a Gmail draft and listed in the Slack summary first. You review each message and decide who receives it. Nothing is sent to a consultant without your explicit approval.
Can it track deliverables across multiple consultants on the same project?
Yes. WebRun reads the full consultant coordination log in Newforma, so every sub-consultant on every active project is checked, and each overdue deliverable gets its own draft chase email.
What if a consultant already sent the deliverable and it just has not been logged in Newforma yet?
WebRun only works from the data in Newforma. If a deliverable was received but not yet marked complete in the log, it will still appear on the chase list. Update Newforma when you receive deliverables to keep the log accurate.
