In short

How do I track advertised salaries for the roles I am hiring?

Every Monday, WebRun searches Adzuna for each job title and location you are hiring in and reads the advertised salaries on the live listings. It logs the low, typical, and high figures in Airtable and writes a short Notion brief showing where your planned offer sits against the market.

  • Every offer is checked against what similar roles advertise nearby
  • A per-role salary history builds week by week in Airtable
  • No manual trawling of job boards before a pay decision

Built for hiring managers · recruiters · HR and compensation teams · small business owners

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens www.adzuna.com in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

  2. 1
    Adzuna - read advertised salaries
    adzuna.com
WebRun in Adzuna: read advertised salaries
WebRun opens Adzuna to read advertised salaries.
    • Open Adzuna and search each job title and location on your watchlist
    • Read the current listings and capture the advertised salary on each
    • Note the hiring company and how recently the listing appeared
    • Skip listings with no salary shown rather than guessing a figure

Done when Every watched job title and location has this week's advertised salaries captured.

  3. 2
Airtable - log the range per role
    airtable.com
WebRun in Airtable: log the range per role
WebRun opens Airtable to log the range per role.
    • Append one row per job title and location with this week's date
    • Record the lowest, typical, and highest advertised figures and how many listings they came from
    • Keep past weeks so the trend for each role is visible over time

Done when Airtable holds this week's advertised range for every watched role.

  4. 3
Notion - write the pay brief
    notion.so
WebRun in Notion: write the pay brief
WebRun opens Notion to write the pay brief.
    • Write a short brief per role: the advertised range, the number of listings behind it, and the change since last week
    • Mark where your planned offer sits against the range
    • Name a few of the companies advertising the same title nearby

Done when The Notion pay brief is updated for every role you are hiring.

Questions, answered

Where do the salary figures come from?

Only from salaries advertised on the live Adzuna listings WebRun reads that week. Listings with no salary shown are skipped, and the brief always states how many listings the range came from.

Will it post a job or contact a company?

No. WebRun only reads public listings on Adzuna. It never posts an ad, applies, or contacts a hiring company, and it writes only to your own Airtable base and Notion page.

Can I watch several roles and cities?

Yes. Give WebRun a list of job titles and locations and it benchmarks each one separately every Monday, keeping a per-role history in Airtable so you can see the trend.

Put this on autopilot.
