Automated Adzuna Job Listing Export

Every morning, WebRun opens Adzuna, runs each of the role and location searches you care about, skips any listing already captured, appends the new ones to a Google Sheet with title, employer, location, salary range, and link, and posts a short Telegram note with how many landed and which employers are hiring hardest.

In short

How do I track new job listings from Adzuna in a spreadsheet automatically?

WebRun runs your saved Adzuna searches every morning, reads every listing posted since the last run, and appends the new ones to a Google Sheet with title, employer, location, salary range, and link. It then posts the day's count and top hiring employers to Telegram, so your market view stays current without manual searching.

  • New listings land in your sheet before the working day starts
  • Each listing is recorded once, on the day it first appeared
  • A daily Telegram note shows volume and the busiest employers

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens www.adzuna.com in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

    • Sort results by newest and read every listing posted since the last run
    • Capture the job title, employer, location, salary range where shown, posting date, and the listing link
    • Drop listings whose link already appears in the sheet so nothing is counted twice

    • Stamp each row with the date WebRun found it
    • Leave older rows untouched so the sheet builds a history you can chart

Done when Every new listing is a row in the sheet with its source search and date.

  4. 3
Telegram - post the daily count
    telegram.org
WebRun in Telegram: post the daily count
WebRun opens Telegram to post the daily count.
    • Post a short Telegram summary: how many new listings landed, split by search
    • Name the three employers with the most new postings today
    • Call out any listing whose salary sits above the range you set as notable

Done when Today's count and highlights are in your Telegram channel.

Questions, answered

Will it apply to jobs or contact employers?

No. WebRun only reads Adzuna search results and records them. It never applies, never messages an employer, and never submits anything on your behalf.

How does it avoid duplicate rows?

It checks each listing link against the links already in the sheet before appending, so a listing that stays live for a week is recorded once, on the day it first appeared.

Can I track several roles and cities at once?

Yes. Give it as many saved searches as you like. Each row is stamped with the search it came from, so you can filter or pivot by role and location in the sheet.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
