Automated Adidas Return Window Tracking
Every morning, WebRun opens your Adidas account, finds the orders already delivered, works out how many days are left on each item's return window, tracks them in Airtable, and posts a countdown to Microsoft Teams so a return decision is never made after the deadline.
How do I keep track of when my online returns are due?
WebRun checks your delivered Adidas orders every morning, reads the return window stated on each one, and counts the days remaining per item. It tracks the deadlines in Airtable and posts a countdown to Microsoft Teams led by the soonest, so nothing you meant to send back quietly passes its deadline.
- No return deadline passes without a warning
- Every delivered item carries a live days-remaining count
- Items with three days or fewer are called out at the top

How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it start a return for me?
No. WebRun reads your order history and reports the days remaining. Requesting a return, printing a label, or contacting support stays a decision you make and action yourself.
Where does the deadline come from?
From the return window shown on your own order in your Adidas account, counted from the delivery date. No policy is assumed, so promotional and extended windows are respected as stated.
How do I stop it nagging about things I am keeping?
Mark the item as keeping in the Airtable row and it drops out of the countdown on the next run, while still keeping its record and refund status.
Put this on autopilot.
Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
