Does it change the machine schedule?

No. WebRun only reads the production schedule in AMFG and posts a heads-up in Slack. It never assigns, reorders, or removes jobs. The schedule stays exactly as your planners set it.

Can each operator see only their own machines?

Yes. WebRun groups the queued jobs by printer, so you can route each machine's list to the operator who runs it and keep the message focused on what they need to prep.

Is it safe to post automatically?

Yes. It is an internal shop digest with no customer contact, so WebRun posts it straight to Slack each hour. Nothing external is sent and no schedule is touched.
