AMFG Automated RFQ Quote Drafts

Whenever a customer uploads a part to AMFG, WebRun opens the new RFQ, reads the instant quote and printability notes, drafts a clear, on-brand reply with the price and lead time, and leaves it unsent in Gmail for you to review and send.

In short

How do I quickly reply to new part quote requests?

WebRun turns new RFQ uploads into ready-to-send quotes. When a customer adds a part to AMFG, it reads the instant quote, price, lead time, and printability notes, then drafts a clear reply in Gmail and leaves it unsent for you to approve, so every enquiry gets a fast, accurate response.

  • Every RFQ gets a drafted reply within minutes of upload
  • Quotes go out with prices that match AMFG exactly
  • No enquiry sits unanswered because a quote reply is already written

Questions, answered

Will it email the quote to customers without me?

No. WebRun leaves every quote reply as an unsent draft in Gmail. You read it, adjust the price or wording if needed, and send it yourself, so nothing goes out without your approval.

Where does the price and lead time come from?

Straight from the instant quote AMFG generates on the uploaded part. WebRun reads the price, lead time, and material off the RFQ ticket and puts them in the draft so the numbers match your system.

What if the part has a printability warning?

WebRun notes the warning on the ticket and mentions it in the draft, so you can decide whether to flag it to the customer before you send the quote.

Put this on autopilot.
