FieldFlo Automated Containment Inspection Log
Every evening, WebRun opens FieldFlo, checks each active job for its daily containment and negative-air inspection checklist, logs which items were completed to a Google Sheet, and sends your supervisors a Telegram alert naming any job whose checklist is missing or incomplete for the day.
How do I confirm daily containment inspection checklists were completed on every job?
WebRun opens FieldFlo each evening and checks whether every active job's daily containment and negative-air inspection checklist was completed. It logs the completeness to a Google Sheet, then sends your supervisors a Telegram alert naming any job with a missing or partial checklist, so no shift ends with an inspection left undone.
- Every job's containment checklist is verified complete by end of shift
- Missing or partial checklists trigger a same-evening Telegram alert by job
- A dated Google Sheet log preserves the inspection record for every job
Built for asbestos abatement contractors · abatement site supervisors · environmental remediation firms · abatement safety leads

Questions, answered
Does this send anything to clients or occupants?
No. The completeness log and the alert are internal. WebRun writes to your Google Sheet and sends to your supervisors over Telegram, so no inspection record reaches a client or occupant without you choosing to share it.
Does WebRun perform the inspection itself?
No. Your crew performs the containment and negative-air inspection and records it in FieldFlo. WebRun only checks whether the checklist was completed and flags any job where it is missing, it does not carry out the inspection.
What if a checklist is completed late in the evening?
It reads the live checklist status in FieldFlo at run time. If you set a later run, a checklist finished before then is counted, and any still missing at that time is the one flagged over Telegram.
