No. The Telegram digest and the Google Sheet matrix are internal. WebRun sends the summary to you or your compliance lead, so no worker is messaged directly and no personnel record leaves your team without you choosing to share it.
How far ahead does it warn me about expiries?
It flags certifications expiring within the next 60 days by default, grouped into already expired, within 30 days, and within 60 days. You can widen or narrow that window to match your training schedule.
What if a worker just renewed a certification?
It reads the live certificate dates in FieldFlo each Monday, so once you update a renewal in the record, that worker drops off the expiring list automatically on the next run.
