In short

How do I log daily air monitoring results and get alerted to over-limit readings?

WebRun opens FieldFlo each night and gathers the day's air monitoring sample results for every active abatement job. It records each reading in a Google Sheet log, then posts your team a Slack summary, raising an over-limit alert that names the job, location, and value whenever a result meets or exceeds the exposure limit you set.

  • Every air monitoring reading is captured in one running Google Sheet log each night
  • Over-limit results trigger a same-evening Slack alert naming the job and location
  • Your team sees an all-clear summary on days when every reading is within limits

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens fieldflo.com in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

  2. 1
FieldFlo - collect the day's air sample results
    fieldflo.com
WebRun in FieldFlo: collect the day's air sample results
WebRun opens FieldFlo to collect the day's air monitoring results.
    • Open FieldFlo and locate each active job's daily field records for air monitoring
    • Capture each sample: job, sample location, sample type such as personal or area, the result value, and the date and time
    • Note the analytical method recorded, for example PCM or TEM, where available

Done when Every air monitoring sample logged today has its location, type, and result captured.

  3. 2
Google Sheets - record each reading in the air log
    google.com
WebRun in Google Sheets: record each reading in the air log
WebRun records each air monitoring reading in Google Sheets.
    • Open the air monitoring log spreadsheet in Google Sheets
    • Add one row per sample with job, location, type, result value, method, and timestamp
    • Mark any row where the result meets or exceeds your exposure limit so it stands out in the log

Done when Every sample from today is recorded as a row in the Google Sheet air log.

  4. 3
Slack - alert the team on any over-limit result
    slack.com
WebRun in Slack: alert the team on any over-limit result
WebRun posts an air monitoring all-clear or over-limit alert to Slack.
    • If every result is within limits, post a short all-clear summary with the sample count to your operations channel
    • If any result meets or exceeds the exposure limit, post an alert naming the job, location, and value at the top
    • Include a link to the Google Sheet air log for the full day's readings

Done when Your team has either an all-clear summary or an over-limit alert in Slack.

Questions, answered

Does WebRun replace my accredited air monitoring analysis?

No. WebRun only logs and summarizes the sample results your team has already recorded in FieldFlo. Sampling and lab analysis stay with your qualified analysts and accredited labs. The tool organizes the numbers, it does not interpret them for compliance.

What counts as an over-limit result?

You set the exposure limit value. WebRun flags any recorded reading that meets or exceeds that threshold, names the job and location in the Slack alert, and highlights the row in the Google Sheet log.

Does the alert go to anyone outside my company?

No. The all-clear summary and the over-limit alert post only to your internal Slack channel. WebRun never sends monitoring data to a client, occupant, or regulator on its own.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
