Questions, answered
Will it message designers or pick a winner for me?
No. WebRun only reads your 99designs projects and writes internally to Notion and Trello. It never comments on a design, messages a designer, awards a contest, or releases a payment.
What happens to a Trello card that no longer matches a project?
It is left alone and noted in the Notion table as unmatched. WebRun creates missing cards and moves existing ones, but it never deletes or archives a card.
How does it decide who a project is waiting on?
It reads the live project stage in 99designs. A project sitting in a feedback or selection step is waiting on you, and one in an active design round is waiting on the designer.
