Automated 163 Mail Follow-Up Tracking
Every morning, WebRun signs in to 163 Mail, finds the threads where the last message came from someone else and you have not answered, works out how long each has been waiting, writes them to an Airtable follow-up register, and sends you a short Telegram list with the oldest and most important at the top.
How do I find the emails I still have not replied to?
WebRun scans your 163 Mail inbox every morning for threads where the last message came from someone else and you never replied. It logs each one in an Airtable follow-up register with the days waiting, then sends you a Telegram list ranked oldest first, so nothing important sits ignored for a week.
- You start the day knowing exactly who is waiting on you
- Threads waiting over five days are called out as overdue
- Answered threads close themselves out of the register
Built for business owners · sales teams · account managers · freelancers

Questions, answered
Will it reply to my email for me?
No. WebRun reads your 163 Mail inbox and writes only to Airtable and Telegram. It never sends, replies, forwards, archives, or deletes a message, so every answer is still written by you.
How does it decide a thread is waiting on me?
It looks at the newest message in each thread. If that message came from someone else and no reply of yours follows it, the thread counts as waiting, and the age is measured from that message.
Does the register fill up with old rows?
No. Once a reply appears in a thread, WebRun closes that row in Airtable on the next run, so the register only ever shows conversations genuinely still waiting on you.
Put this on autopilot.
