Does this contact anyone outside the company?
No. The reconciliation is internal: it writes to your Google Sheet and posts to your Slack channel only. It never messages a customer, retailer, or driver, so it is safe to run unattended each night.
What counts as a discrepancy?
Any item manifested for a route but not delivered, or delivered without being on the manifest. WebRun lines each manifested item up against its delivery outcome in Deliveright Grasshopper and flags every mismatch.
Can it show which route a shortfall came from?
Yes. Every discrepancy row and the Slack shortfall list are grouped by route, order, and item, with the crew and any exception reason carried through, so the yard knows exactly where to look.
