Questions, answered

Does it place trades or change anything in the portfolio?

No. WebRun only reads Orion to summarise each client's portfolio for the meeting. It never places a trade, rebalances, or changes an allocation. The prep pack is read-only context for the advisor to act on.

What goes into each prep pack?

A portfolio summary, recent performance, current allocation, and any open action items from the last review, laid out in one Google Sheets tab per client, with a talking-points section the advisor can fill in.

When does it run so packs are ready in time?

It runs early each morning, before the first meeting, reading that day's calendar so every prep pack is waiting when the advisor sits down. You can set the exact time to match when your day starts.
