Questions, answered

Will it email clients to reconnect on its own?

No. WebRun only drafts each reconnect email in Gmail and leaves it unsent. An advisor reads every message and clicks send, so no client is contacted until a person approves the note.

Does it touch the client's account credentials?

No. WebRun only reads connection status in eMoney and flags stale feeds. Reconnecting or re-authenticating happens in the client's own portal with their credentials. WebRun never enters or stores a client's login.

How does it know a feed has gone stale?

It reads the aggregation status in eMoney and the date each held-away account last refreshed, flagging feeds that have stopped updating or show a broken connection so the data clients see stays current.
