In short

How do I automatically track aging orders in ShipHero to prevent SLA breaches?

WebRun checks ShipHero every few hours for open orders approaching or past your SLA ship window, ranks them by urgency, and posts an aging watchlist to Slack. Supervisors see at-risk and breached orders instantly and can pull them for priority fulfillment before customers are affected.

  • At-risk orders are surfaced hours before the SLA breach, not after
  • Supervisors receive an urgent Slack watchlist without opening ShipHero manually
  • Late-shipment incidents drop as at-risk orders get pulled for priority pick

Questions, answered

Will it notify customers that their order is late?

No. Customer delay notifications are drafted for human review, never sent automatically. WebRun only posts the internal aging watchlist to a Slack supervisor channel.

How does it know my SLA window?

You set your ship-within SLA in hours during setup. WebRun uses that value to calculate how close each open order is to breaching and flags accordingly.

Does it post to Slack even when no orders are aging?

No. WebRun only fires the Slack post when at least one order is within the at-risk window. Clean runs produce no message, keeping the channel free of noise.
