Questions, answered

Does it contact any clients as part of this report?

No. This is a fully internal report. WebRun reads from Tripleseat and Google Sheets and posts to Slack. No client is contacted at any point in this workflow.

Can it compare this week's numbers to last week or the same period last year?

Yes. Because each week's figures are logged in Google Sheets, you can add comparison columns to the tracker. WebRun will reference prior rows when you set up the comparison formula in the sheet.

Which Tripleseat metrics does it include in the report?

By default it covers new bookings count, combined event value, confirmed revenue, and deposits collected. You can extend it to include specific event types, room utilization, or average booking value when you configure the workflow.
