Automated Venue Proposal Follow-Up
Every morning, WebRun opens Tripleseat, finds proposals or quotes sent more than two days ago with no client reply, drafts a friendly follow-up for each lead, and saves the emails in Gmail for your review. A Slack summary shows which deals are waiting.
How do I automatically follow up on venue proposals that have gone quiet?
Every morning WebRun scans Tripleseat for proposals sent more than two days ago with no client reply, drafts a personalized follow-up email for each in Gmail, and posts a ranked Slack summary for the sales team. Nothing is sent until a coordinator reviews and approves each draft.
- No proposal sits unanswered for more than two days
- Sales team starts every morning with a ranked list of deals to action
- Personalized follow-ups reference the client's specific event and quote
Built for venue sales coordinators · banquet hall managers · wedding venue owners · event space directors

WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it send the follow-up emails without my approval?
No. Every follow-up is saved as a Gmail draft for your review. You approve and send each one yourself so nothing goes out that you have not seen.
How many days without a reply triggers a follow-up draft?
The default is 2 days, but you can set your preferred window when you connect Tripleseat. You can also set different thresholds for different event types or quote values.
What if the prospect already replied outside of Tripleseat?
WebRun checks Tripleseat lead status each run. If a lead has been updated to accepted, declined, or active, it is skipped so you will not draft a follow-up for a deal already in motion.
